Call toll free 1-800-978-9278 Mon.-Fri. from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST. with any questions pertaining to items or orders. Orders must be submitted electronically if you are billing to a cost center and are subject to approval if over $250.00.



Payment Options [Top]


If you wish to pay by credit card, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Diners Club.

If you are an authorized Buyer your order can be shipped on open account, your order MUST include your cost code number.


Merchandise Availability: [Top]


If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will back order that item for you and ship the other in-stock items. Your packing slip will indicate back-ordered items. As soon as the back-ordered merchandise arrives in our warehouse, we will ship it directly to you.



Sales & Use Tax Information: [Top]


We are required by law to collect and remit applicable sales tax for shipments made to Maryland, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Georgia, and Virginia. Tax will be charged on net sale only.


Delivery Information: [Top]


Merchandise is shipped via UPS, Fed Ex or US Mail, however we ask that you provide a street address rather than a Post Office Box. In-stock merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Larger orders may take an additional week or two depending on availability.
Overnight delivery is available for additional charge.

NOTE: Please indicate clearly if your order is needed for a certain date, so we may ship accordingly.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise you receive, simply call (443) 394-6677 to expedite your exchange or return.

Note: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee unless the order was shipped incorrectly or there is a material defect.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE.



Freight Information: [Top]


Freight is calculated according to the total weight of your order, based on FedEx online calculations.

Please note that orders shipped out of the United States may incur local duties or taxes in addition to the freight delivery. Target Marketing will not be liable for these charges.
